From Farm To Table



In chapter 4 we are looking at the processes involved in getting "food and fiber" from farm to table. Today (May 30th) in class we took notes and watched a series of short video clips about some ways that foods are produced, processed, packaged and transported. Follow the link below and view the videos. If you were absent today, you should watch these! The items in the videos include: corn, tomatoes, tofu, cheese, chocolate, bread, milk, and dried fruit. Yum!
